Responsibilities
- Collaborate with counterparts to ensure end-to-end supply-demand optimization, such as demand analysis, supply planning, and inventory management for mechanical products.
- Procurement execution including forecast releasing, PO process, and logistics arrangement.
- Identify supply risks and prepare mitigation actions.
- Monitor the supply shortage and inventory excess to ensure healthy supply.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve best cost, quality, terms, and delivery.
- Monitor vendor performance through key metrics: delivery, responsiveness, quality, and flexibility.
