Job Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects to analyze business challenges and deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders
  • Develop financial and market models to support decision-making and evaluate growth opportunities
  • Synthesize complex data into clear, concise presentations for executive audiences
  • Identify and communicate market and competitor trends to inform organizational strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive business initiatives
  • Cook up preparation activities for key organizational events such as earnings calls and board meetings
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
  • Acceptable areas of study include Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field
  • 7-10 years Management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or other related experience requiring quantitative analysis and executive presentation skills
  • 4-7 years Strategy and Problem Solving experience in framing complex problems, identifying key issues that impact business decisions and providing data driven recommendations
  • 4-7 years Financial modeling and Analytics. Experience in developing financial models and performing financial and operating analysis and reporting, including analyzing complex data
  • Less than 2 years Project management. Experience managing project independently, engaging and getting buy-in from stakeholders, creating roadmaps and project plans
