Job Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects to analyze business challenges and deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders
- Develop financial and market models to support decision-making and evaluate growth opportunities
- Synthesize complex data into clear, concise presentations for executive audiences
- Identify and communicate market and competitor trends to inform organizational strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive business initiatives
- Cook up preparation activities for key organizational events such as earnings calls and board meetings
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
- Acceptable areas of study include Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 7-10 years Management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or other related experience requiring quantitative analysis and executive presentation skills
- 4-7 years Strategy and Problem Solving experience in framing complex problems, identifying key issues that impact business decisions and providing data driven recommendations
- 4-7 years Financial modeling and Analytics. Experience in developing financial models and performing financial and operating analysis and reporting, including analyzing complex data
- Less than 2 years Project management. Experience managing project independently, engaging and getting buy-in from stakeholders, creating roadmaps and project plans
