Job Overview

This role supports business growth by identifying market opportunities and analyzing competitive trends within the business development function. It involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to perform complex analyses and develop strategic recommendations for key business decisions. The role differentiates itself through the integration of financial modeling and executive-level communication to influence organizational strategy. Success is measured by the accuracy of insights delivered, partner engagement, and the impact of central initiatives on business outcomes. The work directly informs leadership decisions and contributes to the overall direction and performance of the organization and its customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects to analyze business challenges and deliver actionable insights to internal partners
  • Develop financial and market models to support decision-making and evaluate growth opportunities
  • Synthesize complex data into clear, concise presentations for executive audiences
  • Identify and communicate market and competitor trends to inform organizational strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive business initiatives
  • Cook up preparation activities for key organizational events such as earnings calls and board meetings

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
  • Acceptable areas of study include Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field
  • 7-10 years Management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or other related experience requiring quantitative analysis and executive presentation skills
  • Less than 2 years Prior experience in B2B, Product Strategy, and/or Telecom (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Strategy and Problem Solving experience in framing complex problems, identifying key issues that impact business decisions and providing data driven recommendations
  • 4-7 years Financial modeling and Analytics. Experience in developing financial models and performing financial and operating analysis and reporting, including analyzing complex data
  • Less than 2 years Project management. Experience leading project independently, engaging and getting consensus from team members, creating roadmaps and project plans (Preferred)
