Sr. Business Manager, People Analytics

About the role

This role will shape people analytics strategy in support of an AI-ready workforce, translating complex workforce data into clear recommendations for senior leaders. You will build analyses, tools, and governance forums that strengthen talent decision-making and improve enterprise execution. The position also partners across the organization to align priorities, manage complex workforce challenges, and support informed action.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise strategy for building an AI-ready workforce
• Design resources and governance forums for AI talent strategy
• Build analyses and tools to support executive talent decisions
• Own complex workforce problems and deliver informed recommendations
• Leverage AI tools for enhanced program execution
• Foster cross-enterprise partnerships to manage priorities
• Manage and develop a team of analysts, coaching them to excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a relevant quantitative field
• 3+ years of quantitative and qualitative analysis experience
• 1+ years of people management experience and project management experience
• Strong leadership, integrity, and business judgment capabilities
• Proven track record of working in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Pay

$200,700 – $229,100 annually
