Sr. Business Analyst with NICE CXone and Life Insurance domain Exp - Cincinnati, OH(Onsite)

About the role

12-month contract position located onsite in Cincinnati, OH. Requires prior experience with the NICE CXone contact center platform and deep familiarity with Life Insurance business domains (Individual and Group). Prior contact center implementation experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Life Insurance business teams (Individual and Group) to elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements for the NICE CXone platform implementation, securing formal business approval and sign-off.
• Partner with business architecture, telephony, and external application teams to identify and define integration requirements, with specific focus on AINext and Service Desktop (Salesforce).
• Facilitate requirement discovery sessions to identify new capabilities beyond the existing contact center platform, assess business value, define scope, prioritize enhancements, and evaluate platform fit and functionality.
• Work with the Architecture team to ensure requirements align with enterprise architecture principles and with other existing applications and platforms.
• Support the Development team in understanding requirements and work with the Testing and Business teams to identify appropriate testing needs for SIT/UAT and ensure successful validation of implemented functionality across phases.
