About the role

Provide domain expertise across Large Commercial Insurance business processes, advise clients on process optimization and digital transformation initiatives, and support insurance platform implementations, modernization, and migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders, underwriters, brokers, and operations teams
• Support solution design and implementation activities
• Define business processes, workflows, and operating models
• Review and validate functional specifications and user stories
• Assist in UAT planning, execution, and business signoff
• Drive process improvement initiatives using automation, AI, and analytics
• Mentor project teams on insurance domain concepts and industry trends
• Support presales solutioning and proposal development activities
