About the Opportunity:The Sr. Business Analyst, HR Technology role focuses on enhancing global HR services by translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions. This position plays a key role in optimizing the Workday HCM platform to increase HR efficiency and impact. It involves collaborating across functions to drive HR technology projects, improve processes, and support continuous growth. 3. Responsibilities:• Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.• Translate requirements into scalable functional designs and technical solutions for Workday and HR technologies.• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM Core modules.• Advise on Workday best practices and drive process improvements and automation.• Lead HR system projects from requirements to deployment.• Develop change management plans and training resources to facilitate user adoption. 4. Requirements:• Bachelor''s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or related field.• Experience as a Business Analyst or HRIS Analyst supporting and configuring Workday HCM Core.• Hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM business process framework, security, and core modules.• Strong knowledge of HCM core modules including Advanced Compensation, Performance and Development, Succession Planning, Absence Management, Benefits, and Journeys.• Experience building reports and managing integrations within Workday.• Understanding of HR systems architecture, integration concepts, data analytics, and cloud security.• Proven success delivering complex HR system projects in global, matrixed environments.• Experience with testing, documentation, and system support.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
