Responsibilities
- Originate multi-family investments in affordable housing
- Maintain relationships with high-profile clients and industry organizations
- Develop targeted marketing strategies for regions and clientele
- Cross-sell various financial solutions and banking products
- Negotiate and structure transactions to ensure real estate viability
- Stay aware of industry trends and competition
- Develop collaborations with internal teams to enhance service offerings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) originations
- 5-7 years' experience in low-income housing tax credit investments
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning or Real Estate
- Proven ability to drive business development individually and within a team
- Strong understanding of financial markets and LIHTC investments
- Sensitivity to the financial needs of low-to-moderate income communities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Pay
$128,000 – $268,000 annually
