Responsibilities
- Serve as a critical communication link between customers and Smurfit Westrock
- Serve as an intermediary between various departments to execute customer commitments
- Foster Customer Relationships
- Perform data entry functions for order entry and other tasks
- Complete reports as needed
- Actively participate in appropriate project teams for operational and system improvement
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Engaged self-starter with a proactive, customer advocate focus
- Requires a high level of attention to detail
- Strong math skills and Excel required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task, be self-managed, and manage time effectively
- Continuous improvement mindset
Qualifications
- Relevant work history will be strongly considered in absence of degree
- Knowledge of industry and manufacturing is a plus
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or lean manufacturing process as it relates to customer service is a plus
