Sr. Asst. Customer Service

Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – SHEET FEEDER Must be able to work onsite at either Bedford Park, IL, Hanover Park, IL or Milwaukee, WI, Hours are M-F 9AM-6PM Manages sales orders from order processing through delivery and any related inquiries or issues for three manufacturing locations that operate as complex.

• Utilizes knowledge of products and manufacturing capabilities
• Works with teamwork, effective communication, and problem-solving skills
• Works with general supervision as needed
• Maintains an ongoing commitment to increasing customer satisfaction
• Follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks

Requirements

• Engaged self-starter with a proactive, customer advocate focus
• Requires a high level of attention to detail
• Strong math skills and Excel required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Able to effectively multi-task, be self-managed, and manage time effectively
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Relevant work history will be strongly considered in absence of degree
• Knowledge of industry and manufacturing is a plus
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or lean manufacturing process as it relates to customer service is a plus
