This role is hybrid and requires 3 days a week in our Walnut Creek, CA office, reporting to the Manager.

Responsibilities
- Own Product P&L and manage key business KPIs to accomplish strategic goals
- Develop and execute annual marketing strategic plans, including business analytics, communication, digital, and social media plans
- Partner internally and externally to drive growth and achieve marketing targets
- Monitor competitor activities, including pricing, promotion, new product launches, and advertising
- Manage marketing budget, including budget tracker, POs, and invoicing
- Perform ad-hoc projects to support Product Marketing Manager
- Guide advertising agencies and production vendors to execute communication plans
- Assist in vendor negotiations and selection to control expenses
- Prepare materials with creative agencies
Requirements
- College degree (MBA or Master's preferred)
- 4-6 years of related work experience
- Retail or consumer packaged goods experience (required)

Pay
Compensation Range: $132,465.00 – $165,580.00 (target between minimum and midpoint of the range, subject to a fair pay analysis)
