Proficient to work fairly independently on the most complex projects, often on multiple phases. Has working knowledge of the business or function for which technical support is needed to diagnose or resolve problems. Responsible for completing phases of projects and providing guidance to less experienced associates. Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in IT production support or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24x7 end-to-end detailed monitoring and support for all infrastructure and application components critical to the Client Customer Facing Platform Technology (CFPT) CTO.
- Monitor network, databases, middleware, backup, storage, application-specific, and operating system-specific components to proactively identify and resolve performance issues before service interruption.
- Use monitoring tools to proactively identify, research, and respond to potential production incidents.
- Escalate issues to advanced support as needed for resolution.
- Perform trending and analysis using monitoring tools to identify and address potential issues before production impact.
- Handle environment routing, cycling, and implementation of splash pages.
- Partner with Change Operations to support change implementations and proactively identify potential issues.
- Identify opportunities for additional monitoring and automation, collaborating with Monitoring Architecture and Engineering to implement.
- Develop and execute troubleshooting procedures, escalating as needed to resolve incidents quickly.
- Work in a multicultural .NET environment as a proven team player.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong influencer, facilitator, and collaborator.

- Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a complex global team environment.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Sitescope, and Tivoli Netcool/WebGUI.
- Experience with .NET Core, Java Virtual Machine, and Windows.
- Experience in a large IT production support environment.
- Basic understanding or exposure to ITIL/ITSM.
- Ability to work non-contiguous shifts, including weekends.
- ITIL Foundation or Intermediary certification.
- Experience in an ITIL-based role (e.g., Service Desk, Incident, Problem, or Change Management, triaging issues).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Pay
$51.59 - $61.59 per hour.
Schedule
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (may include non-contiguous shifts and weekends).
