Sr. Apparel Designer - Quick-to-Market

Purpose of Role

We’re looking for a Senior Designer who excels in fast-paced product creation and is passionate about bringing new ideas to market quickly. This role requires a strong understanding of trends, consumer behavior, and apparel construction, paired with the ability to rapidly develop products that are innovative, brand-right, and commercially compelling. Qualifications

• Passion every day to design compelling and cutting-edge product.
• Strong understanding of construction and materials; preferably well versed in manufacturing techniques.
• Ability to express concepts and ideas through sketching.
• Strong presentation skills and comfortable working with a group.
• Must be detail oriented, able to prioritize tasks and to successfully meet multiple deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Workplace Location

This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, MD office.

Work Schedule

This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.

Base Compensation

Base Compensation: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 USD
