Apparel Designer

Responsibilities

• Manage all production follow-up to ensure continuity across ongoing design and development initiatives.
• Manage product creation with attention to trend, detail, and commercial appeal.
• Balance creativity with speed, and comfort working in a collaborative, deadline-driven setting.
• Build CADs and tech packs for new development styles.
• Attend fittings and provide valuable design comments.
• Present to buyers.

Qualifications

• Experience working in licensing or private label.
• Experience working across knit and woven categories.
• Must be able to work onsite.
• Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of women’s mass market.

Salary

$45/hr-$55/hr
