Purpose of Role

The Apparel Graphics Designer II, Quick-to-Market plays a key role in bringing critical Under Armour stories to life, conceptually and visually on Apparel. Working closely with Design leadership, this role will ensure all projects are facilitated from creative development (ideation/story building) through to final execution (tech packs/production).

Your Impact

• Work collaboratively with the Design leadership and respective team members to produce brand relevant Apparel graphics and trims that reflect Under Armour’s DNA and standards
• Gather, prepare, and present conceptual ideas
• Demonstrate flexibility/adaptability, organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Build and manage tech packs
• Provide design support for the greater design team as needed beyond that of ones assigned projects and categories
• Be dialed into graphic and apparel trends, art, and sport culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience or typically 9 years of relevant work experience without degree
• Experience in Apparel, Graphic or Industrial Design
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator and Photoshop
• Passion every day to design compelling and cutting-edge product
• Ability to understand construction and materials; preferably versed in manufacturing techniques
• Ability to express concepts and ideas through sketching
• Basic knowledge of screen-printing, trim design, and apparel construction

Workplace Location

This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, MD office.

Work Schedule

This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.

Base Compensation

Base Compensation: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 USD
