About the role
The Sr Analyst Workforce Management will drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions for our 55,000-person frontline workforce. This role bridges traditional workforce analytics with modern data science approaches, leading complex analytical projects and innovating data systems, products, and processes.

Requirements
- Strong technical skills in data analysis and programming
- Business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience with workforce management and analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in workforce management or data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar languages
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
