About the role

The Sr Analyst Workforce Management will drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions for our 55,000-person frontline workforce. This role bridges traditional workforce analytics with modern data science approaches, leading complex analytical projects and innovating data systems, products, and processes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills in data analysis and programming

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in workforce management or data analysis
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar languages
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
