Responsibilities

  • Proactively assist the account team through data and analytics to support the customer through current sales, potential sales, engagement of the brands and suppliers, promo execution, and points of distribution.
  • Aggregate data from various sources as needed to supply data requests and insights.
  • Support account team with ad-hoc root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Assist in maintaining KeHE customer APLs.
  • Track performance and conduct contextual root cause analyses of service issues, excess inventory or spoilage risks.
  • Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders for operational and customer experience improvements.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear narratives tailored to cross-functional audiences.
  • Support tactical and strategic initiatives with timely, relevant data insights.
  • Train and develop other analysts.
  • Drive and implement process enhancements both internally and externally.
  • End-to-end event input into Advanced Order Management (AOM) system including master events and store ship order allocations.
  • Provide real-time visibility to store level allocation shipment validation and reporting.
  • Deeply understand customer systems and processes to integrate data to identify opportunities for improving end-to-end performance.
  • Maintain and deliver event trackers for all activities to Customer Supply Chain team.
  • Process all inventory disposition distributions through AOM system.
  • Provide analytical support for the Account team.
  • Communicate and coordinate event changes with Supply Chain team.
  • Manage store level ship order allocation deltas to spread outbound volume accurately.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration with KeHE Customer Care as needed for the store order changes.
  • Ensure 100% AOM accuracy.
  • Assist with preparation of reporting, insights, meeting notes, meeting recaps, and system updates for Supply Assurance collaboration meetings.
  • Analyze and validate new item submission requests from customer and process through to Category Management.
  • Process discontinued item RPR requests through system.
  • Assist with processing and monitoring of vendor cost changes.
  • Manage inbound Sprouts Request tickets and assign to appropriate team members.
  • Work independently.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred: Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or Analytics preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in insights or data analysis role.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends as necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize business opportunities, without being directed to, acting quickly and decisively when appropriate.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize a high volume of work and meet pressing time requirements.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated willingness to take responsibility for personal actions, decisions, and results.
  • Demonstrated strength in oral and written communications with people at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals and contribute to a collaborative work environment - must be a team player.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a variety of tasks simultaneously, focusing on those with the highest business impact, including anticipating problems and taking appropriate preventive action to avoid issues whenever possible.
  • Experience with AS400 systems and PowerBI is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
