About The Role As the Senior Analyst, Supply Planning, you will manage an established portfolio of suppliers and components that support multiple regions and customers. You will be accountable for ensuring a balanced supply of materials to support internal production while partnering cross-functionally to align supply plans with business priorities. In this role, you will focus on efficiency, strong cross-functional collaboration, continuous learning, and process improvement. These capabilities will be key to your success and continued growth within the role and the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage efficient MPS, DRP, and MRP processes for assigned technologies within the respective regionDrive results through adherence to core supply planning processes and policiesOptimize inventory and case-fill performance across the end-to-end supply chainDrive decisions and trade-offs to optimize the supply plan and communicate those decisions to stakeholdersDevelop constrained and feasible MPS, DRP, and MRP plans over the aligned time horizon using SAP and established best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize trade-offs across production, inventory, and capacityProactively identify constraints, changing requirements, and supplier performance issues and develop appropriate mitigation plansEnsure master data ownership, accuracy, and complianceEscalate supply and inventory risks through the S&OE process to the Supply Interface Manager and identify options to drive resolution.Measure, analyze, and communicate key process metricsProvide monthly inputs and capacity planning in support of the S&OP processConduct monthly root cause analysis of KPIs for the assigned category or cluster and identify and drive corrective actions Required Experience You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of supply chain experience, including internships, or an advanced degree and at least one year of supply chain experienceQualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship Preferred Experiences And Skills Experience in the CPG industryExperience with SAP planning-related modulesExperience with Kinaxis and MRPAPICS certification, e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CLTDHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and/or AccessDemonstrated results working in a team-based, cross-functional environmentProven organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure and manage competing prioritiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with process improvement methodologies, including root cause analysis and Lean principlesAbility to contribute effectively to a high-performing team in a collaborative environmentExperience with quantitative and qualitative analysis, including business process metrics and measures linked to business KPIs Job Requirements Full-time, first-shift positionRemote work is available one day per week following the 90-day onboarding periodThis role is not eligible for relocation Benefits And Perks SC Johnson’s total compensation packages are at or above industry levels. In addition to salary, total packages may include bonuses, long-term incentives, matching 401(k) contributions and profit sharing based on company profitability, job level and years of service. The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 77,040.00 USD - 101,115.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives.
