About the Role

As the Senior Analyst, Supply Planning, you will manage an established portfolio of suppliers and components that support multiple regions and customers. You will be accountable for ensuring a balanced supply of materials to support internal production, owning key scheduling responsibilities, and partnering cross-functionally to align supply plans with business priorities. In this role, you will focus on driving efficiency, building strong cross-functional partnerships, and continuously identifying opportunities to learn and improve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an efficient MPS/DRP/MRP process for assigned technologies within the respective region
  • Drive results through adherence to core supply planning processes and policies
  • Optimize inventory and case-fill performance across the end-to-end supply chain
  • Drive decisions and trade-offs to optimize the supply plan and communicate those decisions to stakeholders
  • Develop constrained and feasible MPS, DRP, and MRP plans over the aligned time horizon using SAP and established best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize trade-offs across production, inventory, and capacity
  • Proactively identify constraints, changing requirements, and production schedule execution risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans
  • Ensure master data ownership, accuracy, and compliance
  • Escalate supply and inventory risks through the S&OE process to the Supply Interface Manager and identify options to drive resolution
  • Measure, analyze, and communicate key process metrics
  • Provide monthly inputs and capacity planning in support of the S&OP process
  • Conduct monthly root cause analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the assigned category or cluster and identify and drive corrective actions

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of supply chain experience, including internships, or an advanced degree and at least one year of supply chain experience
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship

Preferred Experiences and Skills

  • Experience in the CPG industry
  • SAP experience/knowledge (planning related module)
  • Kinaxis experience
  • MRP
  • APICS certification, e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CLTD
  • High level proficiency w/PC-based applications (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or Access)
  • Demonstrated results working in a team-based, cross functional environment
  • Proven organizational skills & ability to perform under pressure & manage priorities w/competing demands
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Process improvement proficiency, e.g., root cause understanding, lean methodology, etc.
  • Ability to work on a high-performing team in collaborative environment
  • Quantitative/qualitative analysis, including business process metrics & measures linking to business KPI's

Job Requirements

  • Full-time, first-shift position
  • Remote work is available one day per week following the 90-day onboarding period
  • This role is not eligible for relocation

Pay

The expected base salary range for this position is between 84,400.00 USD - 110,775.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary.
