About the Role

Raytheon is seeking a Sr Analyst to report directly to the Acquisitions Senior Manager, supporting multiple programs within the Advanced Product Solutions (APS) business unit. The Sr Analyst will manage low volume and medium to high complexity domestic subcontracts and represent the Supply Chain organization on functional and cross-functional teams to drive business success. This role serves as the focal point for communication between internal staff and supplier cross-functional organizations for all procurement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and administer multiple subcontract types, including Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, Time and Materials, and development/R&D efforts.
  • Evaluate, identify, and select suppliers that meet Raytheon requirements.
  • Develop business partner relationships with suppliers.
  • Work closely with Program Office representatives and Engineering to define and implement procurement strategies and develop subcontract Statements of Work.
  • Solicit competitive and single/sole source proposals from prospective subcontractors, perform source selection analysis, and employ price and cost analysis techniques to determine fair and reasonable pricing.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance metrics and recommend/implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare subcontract documentation in accordance with company, customer, and government FAR and DFAR regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations (22 CFR 120.62).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience reading and understanding drawing specifications.
  • Supplier management experience.
  • Experience working within SAP software applications.
  • Experience leading formal negotiations (price, schedule, and supplier exceptions to contractual flow-downs).
  • NCMA Certification.
  • DOD Clearance experience.
  • Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations.
  • Experience making presentations (verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders.
  • Experience leading executive and program-level supplier reviews.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $68,900 – $131,100 USD. The range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
