About the role
The Senior Analyst - Strategy & Special Projects plays a critical role in providing insights and driving performance within DaVita. Reporting to senior operations leaders, this role focuses on both strategic analysis and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Build, refine, and own sustainable models for reporting, dashboards, and analysis (variance, sensitivity, statistical).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex issues and identify profitable growth opportunities.
- Partner with finance and operations leaders to assess and quantify opportunities for innovation and improved financial performance.
- Develop and manage projects that align with strategic goals, including growth, financial, operations, team culture, and clinical considerations.
- Facilitate the multi-year forecast process, ensuring efficient user experience for finance and operations partners.
- Generate insights around performance drivers, including patient admissions, geographic trends, payor mix, and seasonality.
- Present summarized takeaways to senior leaders on monthly, quarterly, and annual quantitative portfolio growth analysis.
- Propose and monitor project plans, ensuring accountability, creativity, and full engagement from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Serve as an analytical and storytelling resource to support goals across all functions within the operating group.

Pay
The salary range for the role is $82,000.00 - $105,000.00/year. The actual salary will depend on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
Location
Preference for candidates located in the Pacific Standard Time Zone. The role will primarily be remote.
Education and Experience
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, project management, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
