Responsibilities

• Manage the capital expenditure (Capex) process, working closely with finance, engineering, and operations to ensure precision and efficiency from project intake to completion.
• Lead Capex forecasting, develop dashboards, and deliver insightful month-end reports for leadership.
• Handle reconciliations, conduct project reviews, and provide audit support to keep us on track and compliant.
• Monitor and validate cost savings for capital and non-capital projects—help us make the most of every investment.
• Drive Capex discipline and partner across functions to continually improve our processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–7 years of manufacturing finance or Capex experience
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
• Strong business acumen and analytical ability
• Excellent communication and process improvement skills

Qualifications

• Bonus points for CPA/CMA certification, manufacturing industry experience, and Oracle Fusion know-how
