Sr Analyst - Reporting Enablement
About the role
The Sr Analyst - Reporting Enablement role will act as a primary point of contact for Indirect Agent channel reporting needs, focusing on streamlining data requests and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and technical teams. You will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable technical requirements, managing the lifecycle of reporting requests, and facilitating feedback loops to improve data accessibility and quality.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate reporting intake funnel management, requirement gathering sessions, and manage the end-to-end Jira ticket submission process.
- Interface with Indirect Sales & Operations, Finance, Data Science, Go to Market, Legal, Learning & Development, and Indirect Channel Agents to ensure key stakeholder needs are met.
- Work closely with Data Science on prioritization and delivery of channel reporting needs.
- Collect and synthesize feedback from HQ and Regional teams to drive continuous improvement in reporting tools.
- Handle communications and manage resources related to reporting initiatives and project updates.
- Process and track access requests for reporting systems to ensure timely data availability.
- Create and maintain executive-appropriate presentations to communicate reporting enhancement roadmaps.
- Provide ongoing reporting support by addressing front-end user questions, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with the appropriate teams on resolution.
In this role, you'll have a defined work location and assigned office days.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
- Experience in sales, operations, marketing, or business analytics experience.
- Experience with developing executive-level deliverables (VP/SVP level).
- Experience managing large complex projects involving multiple work streams and stakeholders.

Schedule
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Scheduled weekly hours are 40.
Pay
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $58,000.00 - $105,000.00. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
