About the role

We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to join our team on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Set the change management strategy and implement it for a large internal service & support software implementation project affecting multiple functional areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the impact of the change.
• Develop a communication and training plan.
• Manage the change process to ensure a successful implementation and adoption.
