Sr Analyst, Prd Implementation (Must Have Change Management, Service & Support)

About the Role

We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to join our team on a contract basis to set the change management strategy and implement it for a large internal service & support software implementation project affecting multiple functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the impact of the change
• Review process and project documentation to inform change strategy
• Develop a communication and training plan
• Manage the change process to ensure successful implementation and adoption

Qualifications

• College degree required
• Senior level experience

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm PT
• Hybrid – onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays

Pay

• Contract on W2 (US Citizens, GC Holders, GC EAD, OPT, EAD, or CPT eligible)
