Job Summary

Popeyes is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Operations Performance Support to support the execution of targeted operational interventions across the system. This role focuses primarily on Franchise-to-Franchise (F2F) portfolio integrations and New Restaurant Openings (NROs), helping stabilize restaurant operations during periods of transition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct restaurant visits independently to support F2F portfolio integrations and NROs
• Provide shoulder-to-shoulder coaching with RGMs and restaurant leadership teams to reinforce Popeyes operational standards
• Identify operational gaps across key areas including food safety, speed of service, labor deployment, and guest experience
• Support the Sr. Manager in diagnosing performance challenges across assigned restaurant portfolios
• Evaluate restaurant performance through operational metrics and in-restaurant observations
• Track follow-up actions and implementation progress after restaurant visits
• Build visit materials, performance summaries, and engagement recaps following restaurant engagements
• Document operational learnings and best practices from field deployments

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, or operational support roles
• Strong understanding of QSR restaurant operations and performance drivers
• Proven ability to diagnose operational issues and recommend practical solutions
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable working in fast-paced restaurant environments
