Responsibilities
- Process account termination.
- Upload completed Fire Inspection Reports to authorized portals.
- Review and log customer cancel letters.
- Send out Certificates of Monitoring to customers.
- Complete and send out Contracts and Riders as needed to support Advocacy.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of administrative support experience, ideally supporting leaders or managing complex administrative functions.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- An Associates Degree - Preferred.
- Proficient in internal controls testing and documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Ability to effectively collect, analyze, and present information to senior management.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Goal driven, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Intermediate or above Microsoft Excel skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Great Plains - Preferred.
