Sr. Administrative Coordinator, Marketing

Job Description The Senior Coordinator provides executive-level administrative support to the EVP of Marketing. This role is responsible for calendar management, correspondence, meeting preparation, and daily operational support, ensuring the EVP's time and priorities are managed effectively. The role also provides light coordination support to the broader marketing and creative organization, including scheduling and deadline tracking, to maintain the EVP's visibility into team activity. Key Responsibilities Handle a heavy-volume calendar across multiple time zones, screenand prioritize phone calls, and arrange executive travel.Arrange departmental meetings and events, executive conferencecalls, book conference rooms, set up all Audio Visual requests, prepareinternal and external correspondence.Prepare the EVP for meetings by compiling relevant materials,background, and agendas in advanceCoordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logisticsrelated to events, marketing shoots and offsitesAct as a primary liaison between the EVP's office, internal departments(marketing, publicity, production), and external partners or talentdemonstrating professionalism and strong communication skillsAssist with scheduling for team-wide meetings, leadership reviews, andcross-functional syncsTrack key deadlines across the organization to support the EVP'svisibility into team prioritiesProvide occasional support on document and presentation preparationas neededTrack action items arising from meetings and ensure timely follow-upwith appropriate ownersMaintain strict discretion in handling confidential and sensitiveinformation Qualifications 4+ years of experience in an executive assistant, coordinator, orexecutive support role, ideally within media, entertainment, or anotherfast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs andmanage competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to operate effectively under ambiguity and manage a highvolume of concurrent responsibilitiesSound judgment and discretion in handling confidential informationComposure and professionalism in a fast-paced, high-visibilityenvironment Compensation $66,000 - $72,000 About STARZ STARZ (NASDAQ: STRZ) is the leading premium entertainment destination for women and underrepresented audiences, and home to some of the most popular franchises and series on television.
