Responsibilities
- Cook up complex calendars, schedule meetings, and make sure leaders are ready for upcoming commitments.
- Handle travel logistics and other admin details to meet business needs.
- Organize conference calls and meeting logistics, from invitations to follow-ups.
- Assist with event planning by managing timelines, coordinating details, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Act as the go-between for vendor communications, answering questions and keeping relationships productive.
- Manage administrative records and documents with precision and confidentiality.
- Offer broad support to keep the team's daily operations running smoothly.
- Use Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office tools to handle correspondence, scheduling, and routine tasks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of administrative support experience in a detail-focused setting.
- Demonstrated success in juggling multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Background in supporting event planning activities or event logistics.
- Ability to interact professionally with external vendors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
Higher education experience is preferred.
