Sr Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate across multiple global time zones.
Arrange and manage high-volume domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and expenses.
Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
Handle confidential communications and act as a liaison across TPG leadership, internal teams, and Micron sites.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, onboarding, and department operations.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong on-time delivery.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
Qualifications
Experience supporting complex calendars and global travel coordination.
Experience supporting senior or executive-level leaders.
Background working in a global or matrixed organization.
Experience onboarding or mentoring other administrative professionals.
Familiarity with vendor coordination, event planning, or facilities support.
