The company is committed to advancing hair science and supporting individuals throughout every stage of their hair wellness journey.About the Opportunity:The Sr. Accounts Payable Associate plays a key role in managing the accounts payable process to ensure accurate and timely financial operations. This position supports the Finance and Accounting teams by processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, and driving operational efficiency during a period of rapid company growth.Responsibilities:Process and review high volumes of inventory and operating expense invoices accuratelyManage vendor invoice intake, credit memos, coding, and routing for approvalEnsure invoices are approved by the appropriate departments in a timely mannerCreate and maintain vendor master records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ExFlowPerform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesRespond promptly to vendor and internal inquiriesAnalyze accounts payable aging reports and proactively resolve outstanding issuesReview marketing expenses for accuracyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounts payable processesSupport additional accounting and accounts payable projects as neededRequirements:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of invoice processing experience in a manufacturing, retail, or high-growth eCommerce/CPG environmentStrong knowledge of accounts payable processes, invoice matching, reconciliations, and vendor managementProficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ExFlowAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google WorkspaceExcellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindsetPay Range and Compensation Package:$85,000–$95,000 USD annual base salaryBenefits & Perks:Fully remote work environmentComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, including an FSA program401(k) plan with employer matchQuarterly bonus programFlexible Paid Time Off (PTO)Two company-wide wellness breaks each dayFree lunch every Tuesday and Thursday through Seamless/GrubhubMonthly wellness, internet, and cell phone stipendsAnnual learning and development stipendComplimentary meditation app membershipFree product subscriptionPet insurance discounts and benefits Equal Opportunity Statement:Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
