Job Overview: This role reports directly to the Senior Accounting Manager, and will have a focus on ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and reporting Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completenessPrepare and maintain reporting packages, variance analyses, and supporting documentation for executive leadership, private equity ownership, lenders, and other key stakeholdersCalculate, review, reconcile, and analyze sales commissions and incentive compensation programs, ensuring accurate payments, proper accruals, and compliance with approved compensation plansAssist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecastsAssist with year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls auditAssess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvementsPerform ad hoc analysis and projects as requestedSupervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functionsWork with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of the organizationStrong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving resultsExperience with other financial systems, NetSuite experience preferredAdvanced Excel knowledgeExcellent oral and written communication skillsDetail-oriented, with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple projectsThorough knowledge of U.S. GAAPFX experience; foreign exchangeDetailed and accurate data entryStrong organizational skillsAbility to work calmly under pressureProficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, with significant experience in MS Excel Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
