We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to extract content from job posting. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like login prompts, apply now, etc. Keep substantive info. Let's parse. Job Title: Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst (but we don't output heading for it). Employer: The Bradford Group. Location: Niles, Illinois. Salary: Competitive (but we only include Pay section if posting actually states them. It says "Competitive". That's vague but it's a statement. Should we include Pay? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive". That's a statement, albeit vague. Should we include? Probably yes, as it's stating compensation. But we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". "Competitive" maybe acceptable. We'll include a Pay section with that text. Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule details. So omit Schedule. Benefits: The posting includes a paragraph about benefits: "Compensation and benefits: We offer a competitive compensation plan and great benefits, with some benefits starting from day 1! We own the company: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) which allows you to not only derive the benefits of working as an employee at The Bradford Group but also gain the benefits of being an owner. Professional Development: ... Flexibility and wellness: ... Perks and more: We have a Business Casual Work Environment, Health and Dental Insurance, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), Direct Deposit, Credit Union, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Employee Assistance Program, Employee Referral Bonus Program, 401(k), Profit Sharing, Tuition Reimbursement, and Toastmaster's memberships, a Peer Recognition Program, Product Discounts and more!" Thus we have benefits content. So include Benefits section. About the role: Could be the introductory paragraph: "Impassioned Emboldened Infinitely Curious: The Bradford Group family of brands is a world leader in new product development. We have been selling joy for the last 50 years! Our global organization consists of business divisions ranging from jewelry, apparel, collectible coins, home decor to holiday and so much more. We concept, create, design and market our creative products directly to our customers, and leverage licenses with the biggest names in entertainment and sports to bring unique and curated products to our customers across the globe. The Bradford Group is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, compliance, and enterprise-wide planning and analysis. This hybrid role combines corporate accounting, debt/ESOP compliance, and FP&A responsibilities, including ownership of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial systems administration (Workday Adaptive). This position plays a key role in delivering accurate financial insights, maintaining compliance with debt covenants, supporting cash and capital structure planning, and providing executive leadership with actionable analysis, KPIs, and reporting to drive strategic decision-making." That's about the role. So we can put that in About the role section. Responsibilities: The "How You Will Contribute" section lists bullet points. We'll convert to
  • . Requirements: Might be "What You Will Bring And Skills That Excite Us" which includes qualifications, skills, etc. We need to separate into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills maybe. But we should only create sections if there is real specific content. We have a block that includes education, experience, etc. Could treat as Requirements (or Qualifications). The instruction: Use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide to put the list under Requirements (or Qualifications). Since they have both qualifications and skills mixed, we could split: Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (technical skills). But we need to avoid thin sections. Might combine into Requirements and Skills. Let's extract: "What You Will Bring And Skills That Excite Us Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, FP&A, or financial analysis Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Experience with financial systems such as Workday Adaptive, HFM, Essbase, or SAP preferred Prior experience supporting debt financing, treasury, or ESOP structures is a plus Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and financial modeling Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling; macros a plus) Ability to analyze, interpret, and present financial data to non-financial audiences Strong understanding of financial statements and their interdependencies Experience administering or working within financial planning systems Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment Proven ability to work cross-functionally and independently CPA and/or MBA a plus Preferred Experience With Debt Covenant Reporting, Including Borrowing Base Preferred experience with ERP implementations or system enhancements Experience with using AI tools for process improvements/streamlining work" We could split: Requirements (education, years experience) and Skills (technical proficiencies). But many items are skills. Let's make Requirements for education and experience, Qualifications for certifications maybe, Skills for technical abilities. However we have limited distinct sections. Simplify: Use Requirements for the bullet list (education, experience, etc.) and Skills for the technical proficiencies (Excel, GAAP, etc.) but that duplicates. Better: Use Requirements for the list of qualifications (education, experience, certifications) and Skills for the technical skills (Excel, financial modeling, etc.). But we need to avoid thin sections; but we have enough content. Let's parse: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Experience: 5+ years progressive experience in accounting, FP&A, or financial analysis Certifications: CPA and/or MBA a plus (also CGMA, CISA mentioned earlier under Education Level Certifications? Actually earlier in posting: Education Level Bachelor's Degree Certifications CGMA – Chartered Global Management Accountant, CISA – Certified Information System Auditor. That's under "Education Level" maybe as preferred certifications. We'll include those. Thus Requirements section could include education, experience, certifications. Skills section: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, financial modeling, ability to analyze/interpret/present data, understanding of financial statements, experience administering financial planning systems, organizational skills, communication, detail-oriented, self-motivated, fast-paced, cross-functional, independent work, experience with debt covenant reporting, borrowing base, ERP implementations, system enhancements, AI tools for process improvements. We'll output as
    • . Now Benefits section: We'll list benefits as
      • items. Pay section: Just a

with "Competitive compensation." We must not include boilerplate like login prompts, apply now, etc. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
