We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "Creating A Healthier Way of Living Rinnai America Corporation is the leader in tankless water heating..." etc. That's about company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "Position Summary" etc. We need sections: About the role (maybe company description and position summary). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (maybe experience and skills). Qualifications (education). Skills (maybe technical). Benefits (list). Pay (none given). Schedule (maybe on-site four days per week). We must not create sections with placeholder like "not specified". So if Pay not given, omit Pay section. Schedule: we have "This role is on-site four days per week, not remote." That's schedule info, so include Schedule section. Benefits: list given. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Sr Accountant"? Actually posting says "Sr Accountant". We'll not put that as heading. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from posting, but we can format them. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At end there is EEO statement; we must remove that. Also remove duplicated lines? Not seeing duplicates. We need to keep the company description, position summary, scope, responsibilities (the bullet-like paragraphs), experience and skills, education, physical requirements, environmental conditions, benefits list. We need to decide sections: - About the role: could include company description and position summary (maybe "About the role" includes overview). Could also include "Position Summary". We'll put prose. - Responsibilities: list of duties from "SCOPE OF THE POSITION" sections: Month-End Close & General Accounting, Financial Reporting & Consolidation, Account Reconciliations & Balance Sheet Integrity, Systems & Data Management, Internal Controls & Compliance, Audit & External Reporting, Cross-Functional Support & Business Partnership. Each has multiple sentences. We'll turn each bullet into

  • maybe grouping. - Requirements: maybe "Experience And Skills" includes experience and skills. Could split into Requirements (experience) and Skills (technical). But we have both sections available. We'll follow instruction: Use sections only when posting has real specific content. We'll include Requirements (maybe experience) and Skills (technical). Also Qualifications (education). Benefits (list). Schedule (on-site four days per week). Pay: none -> omit. Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions maybe could be part of Requirements? But we have no specific section for that; we could include under Requirements as prose. But we must not invent sections; we can include them under Requirements as prose. We need to preserve all substantive info, so we need to include physical requirements and environmental conditions text. Let's extract: Company description: "Creating A Healthier Way of Living Rinnai America Corporation is the leader in tankless water heating, a technology that is growing rapidly as businesses and homes “yank the tank” and convert to an efficient, endless supply of hot water and the only tankless water heating manufacturer in the US. We have a commitment to our employees and a strong, accountable culture with a practice of giving back to our communities. Rinnai America Corporation (RAC) is looking for RAC-STARS! Check out why Rinnai is the hottest place to work https://www.rinnai.us/about/why-rinnai." Position Summary: "The position is based at RAC’s new corporate headquarters in Peachtree City, Georgia, which is an award-winning suburban community approximately 25 miles south of downtown Atlanta. This role is on-site four days per week, not remote. The Sr Accountant supports a multi‑plant, non‑union manufacturing environment. The scope is corporate office and multi‑location U.S. manufacturing and distribution center footprint with nearly one thousand employees. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Accounting Manager who in turn reports to the Corporate Controller" Scope of the Position: bullet points. We'll treat "Position Summary" as part of About the role maybe. Now responsibilities: list each bullet. We'll create

We'll structure:

      About the role

... company description and position summary ...

      Responsibilities

      • ... each duty ...
      • ...

      Requirements

... experience and skills? Actually we might separate Experience as Requirements and Skills as Skills. But we have both sections. Let's do:

      Requirements

      • 3+ years of accounting experience
      • Corporate accounting and/or private equity background
      • Strong command of US GAAP and standards
      • Proven experience supporting month-end close and audit cycles
      • Technical accounting depth
      • Cost accounting and inventory accounting exposure
      • Preferred SOX experience

      Skills

Maybe we could put technical skills? But we already listed them. Could combine. However we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we combine Experience and Skills into Requirements and then have Qualifications for education. But we have separate "Skills" heading allowed. We could put technical accounting depth etc under Skills. But we already have them. Let's think: The posting has "Experience And Skills" as one heading. We could treat that as Requirements (experience) and Skills (technical). But we have no separate list for skills besides those items. Could split: Requirements: years of experience, background, etc. Skills: US GAAP, month-end close, technical accounting depth, cost accounting, SOX. But that's arbitrary. Better to follow the instruction: Use sections only when posting has real specific content. We have "Experience And Skills" as a block. We could make a single section "Requirements" containing that block as list. Then we have "Education" as Qualifications. Then we have "Physical Requirements" and "Environmental Conditions" maybe could be part of Requirements as prose. But we already used Requirements for experience; we could add a prose paragraph for physical/environmental after the list. Alternatively, we could make a section "Requirements" for experience, a section "Qualifications" for education, a section "Skills" for technical accounting depth etc. But we need to avoid thin sections; but we have enough content for each. Let's decide: - About the role: company description + position summary. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: experience (years, background, etc.) as list. - Skills: technical accounting depth, US GAAP, month-end close, cost accounting, SOX (maybe as list). But we already have some overlapping. - Qualifications: education (Bachelor's degree in accounting). - Benefits: list. - Schedule: on-site four days per week, not remote. We also need to include physical requirements and environmental conditions. Where to put? Could be under Requirements as prose after list, or under a separate section "Working Conditions". But we don't have a heading for that in allowed list; allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we must fit physical/environmental into one of those. Probably Requirements or Qualifications. I'd put them under Requirements as prose after the list. Thus Requirements section will contain both experience list and physical/environmental prose. Skills section will contain technical skills like US GAAP, month-end close, cost accounting, SOX, etc. But we already listed some in experience list; we might duplicate. To avoid duplication, we need to preserve all info but not duplicate? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't forbid duplication, but we should not repeat same info unnecessarily? It didn't say to avoid duplication, but we should not invent or summarize away detail. Duplication
