Responsibilities

  • Act as the daily point of contact for healthcare/pharma clients, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on campaign progress.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive patient healthcare marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, patient outreach, provider communications, and awareness initiatives.
  • Lead strategic planning, day-to-day account management, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Facilitate planning sessions as an effective communicator, stimulating and motivating both clients and coworkers.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, understanding their business needs and marketing objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships by offering additional marketing services or pursuing innovative healthcare marketing solutions.
  • Define the scope of digital and social campaigns and projects, articulating them clearly to clients and creative teams.
  • Provide insights and recommendations derived from campaign/project analytics to clients.
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns comply with healthcare regulations such as FDA and CMS guidelines, coordinating with legal and regulatory teams for approval.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, billing, and forecasting.
  • Lead the construction and execution of healthcare-related ad boards.
  • Oversee paid and organic social media marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management experience, including at least 3 years with pharmaceutical/healthcare clients; rare disease experience is a plus.
  • Strong background in digital and social pharma marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and execute effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Financial management skills (budgeting, billing, forecasting).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with technology platforms such as Basecamp, Teams, and Veeva.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities.

Schedule
