Are you ready to lead AWS strategy for global customers and drive significant industry impact? We're seeking a Principal Account Executive who can develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for multi-divisional companies, accelerating customer adoption while exceeding revenue targets. In this strategic role, you'll articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services, execute complex deals, and leverage relationships with both internal stakeholders and partners to further customer adoption of AWS solutions. As a Principal Account Executive, you'll have the opportunity to interact with global customers on transformative projects that can impact entire industries. Your expertise in developing comprehensive customer strategies and leading cross-functional AWS teams will be essential in delivering exceptional customer outcomes and driving year-over-year revenue growth.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Team with all aspects of the customer’s organization, including C-level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and sales.
  • Sell at the most strategic (C-level) within the account and implement a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation.
  • Collaborate with all appropriate AWS resources (Executives, Partner, Support, Solution Architect) to support customer interests, and strongly advocate for the customer in harmony with what the AWS business needs.
  • In addition to new service adoption and new line of business development, this role includes dotted line responsibility for partnership and technical collaboration.

Skills Required

  • Built relationships across an account through creative systems thinking, visioning, and execution via collaboration with an extended team to address all Semiconductor / High Tech customer's needs.
  • Developed and implemented strategies for multi-divisional global companies, leading a cross-functional team of AWS resources in serving customer needs.
  • Engaged with senior executives to understand their business challenges, facilitated solution discussions with technical teams, and coordinated internal resources to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Strategized on approaches to accelerate cloud adoption and measured progress against key business outcomes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with, presenting to, and negotiating with C-level executives, IT, lines of business, procurement, finance, legal and internal stakeholders for sizeable commercial/enterprise deals.
  • Experience in sales or sales management of infrastructure or cloud technology.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with AWS products and services.
