About the role
The Sr. Account Executive leads a territory comprising a single strategic account. Key responsibilities include driving revenue, identifying new opportunities, building trust with customer stakeholders, and achieving goals and targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Deliver results that align with assigned goals and targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of technology sales or account management experience
- Experience with sales targets, business development, and customer satisfaction
- Experience with cloud technologies and IT strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4+ years of contact center operations management with progressively increased responsibility
- Experience selling cloud solutions to Telco customers
Skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

Pay
- Base salary range: $142,800 - $193,200 annually
