About the role

The Sr. Account Executive leads a territory comprising a single strategic account. Key responsibilities include driving revenue, identifying new opportunities, building trust with customer stakeholders, and achieving goals and targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Deliver results that align with assigned goals and targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technology sales or account management experience
  • Experience with sales targets, business development, and customer satisfaction
  • Experience with cloud technologies and IT strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4+ years of contact center operations management with progressively increased responsibility
  • Experience selling cloud solutions to Telco customers

Skills

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

Pay

  • Base salary range: $142,800 - $193,200 annually
