Key role managing client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and overseeing a multi-million-dollar revenue portfolio within Global Occupier Services (GOS). Responsible for setting account strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring outstanding results across service lines such as Integrated Facility Management, Project & Development Services, Space Management, Transaction Management, and Portfolio Administration.
Responsibilities
- Align real estate services with client business goals and strategies.
- Develop and implement account vision, strategy, and measurement metrics for service lines.
- Contribute to GOS management in structuring service delivery models, pricing, and RFP responses.
- Leverage the C&W platform to identify and enhance service solutions and capabilities.
- Maintain strong client relationships and implement account governance processes.
- Ensure disciplined contract management and superior delivery of all contract deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to expand service solutions and capabilities.
- Assist with risk mitigation and dispute resolution for both client and C&W.
- Manage and develop account talent in partnership with HR, including diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Sourcing, Legal, and Operations to support account performance.
- Oversee account P&L, profitability, and overall financial performance.
- Drive cross-selling and relationship expansion to enhance service and financial performance.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative analytics for evidence-based decision-making.
- Attract, retain, and mentor top talent for superior team performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of management-level experience.
- Experience leading and managing teams, including people-managers.
- Client, P&L, and contract management experience.
- Experience managing integrated services accounts (e.g., Integrated Facility Management, Project & Development Services, Transaction Management, Portfolio Administration, Strategic Consulting).
- In-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions.
Qualifications
- Ability to develop positive working relationships with agencies, government officials, and business community members.
- Technical domain knowledge in one or more areas: IFM, PDS, TM, PA, SCON.
- Skilled in financial analysis and knowledge of financial concepts.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Pay
$194,055.00 - $228,300.00, depending on factors such as geographic location, experience, and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
