About the role
The SPRQ Integration Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of solutions that enhance user productivity and streamline operational and strategic changes across the SPRQ and Clearance applications.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to IT incidents and service request tickets related to SPRQ, the Clearance Application, and associated business processes.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and system reports.
- Investigate and resolve ongoing or one-time system issues, ensuring successful resolution with IT or user community.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into user stories.
- Administer the SPRQ Enhancement email box, vetting new suggestions and communicating opportunities to enhance platform features.
- Support end-users on new system updates, facilitating a smooth adoption process.
- Support and facilitate training material and workshop content creation, providing follow-up support after training and workshops.
- Coordinate and assist in executing testing process for system changes throughout the development lifecycle, including smoke testing and post-deployment support.
- Participate in IFG’s Project Sage initiative through analysis of activity and development of Proof of Concepts, business requirements, test cases, and implementation planning.
- Aid in continuous improvement of user workflows within the SPRQ platform and Clearance application, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make recommendations for system enhancements and process optimizations.
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of project phases.
- Refine Business Process Management Systems and Business Process Management Notation diagrams to map and optimize workflows.
- Support any proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions across the Clearance function, Brokerage Casualty UA Team, or Business Services functions.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. college/university, with a major or coursework in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Substantive knowledge of the U.S. commercial insurance industry and its products.
- At least five (5) years of Project Management and/or Policy Life Cycle solution experience.
- A plus: Commercial Insurance certifications (e.g., AINS, CPCU).
- A plus: Project Management certifications.
Benefits
The position is eligible for a salary range of $88,000 to $110,000, with the potential for incentive compensation.
