Sprinter Technician

About the role

Mercedes-Benz of White Plains is seeking a certified diesel technician to join their service team. Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and accordance with manufacturer/dealership standards.
• Inspect vehicles and record findings.
• Explain vehicle diagnoses and required repairs to service advisors.
• Keep current with new technical information and technology by attending required/recommended manufacturer training.

Requirements

• Diesel Knowledge/prior dealership experience preferred
• Ability to identify the problem quickly
• Effective analytical and communication skills
• Able to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• High School Diploma or GED Technical degree preferred
• Minimum of 1-year experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer Skills
• Positive, friendly attitude

$70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
