As a Lead Sprinkler Service Technician, you're the silent guardian behind every drop of water that saves a life or a building. What You'll Do

• Service fire sprinkler systems in commercial, residential, and industrial spaces.
• Perform inspections, testing, and maintenance (ITM) per NFPA standards and local codes.
• Diagnose system issues and provide expert-level repairs or upgrades.
• Collaborate with project managers, team members, and customers with professionalism and pride.
• Maintain accurate documentation and detailed reports—because every detail matters.
• Be the face of Superhero Fire Protection on job sites—reliable, respectful, and ready for action.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in sprinkler installation or service (Journeyman license a big plus).
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 13, 25, and relevant codes.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
• A can-do attitude, team spirit, and a heart for service.
