Sprinkler Service Technician

This position supports a wide range of service offerings and plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the fire protection and life safety services we provide.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations.
• Builds relationships with current customers by delivering on our promises and creates new relationships with potential customers in a proactive manner, promoting all of our services.
• Perform Service work including but not limited to troubleshooting wet, dry, pre-action systems, and deluge systems according to NFPA 13, 20 & 24 code requirements.
• Train others to use trade appropriate tools efficiently and safely.
• Operate a basic service platform with minimum skills.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of wet, dry, pre-action systems and deluge systems as well as backflow and minimum knowledge of fire pumps.
• Proficient in NFPA 13, 20 & 24 code requirements.
• Able to use trade appropriate tools to perform daily pipe fitting duties efficiently and safely.
• Ability to train others to use trade appropriate tools efficiently and safely.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Sprinkler Service with preferred overall experience of 7 to 10 years.

• Clear background and must be able to pass a drug screen.
