About the role
The Sprinkler Install Support Technician assists in the installation of fire sprinkler systems under direct supervision, learning industry standards, safety procedures, and company protocols.
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with installation of fire sprinkler systems.
- Use hand tools and equipment under direct supervision.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Observe and learn proper installation techniques.
- Support documentation and reporting processes as directed.
- Work collaboratively with team members on active job sites.
- Perform tasks as directed and does not independently perform jobs.
- Travel to job sites as required.
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No minimum experience required.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
- Must have a clean driving record and active driver’s license (if driving is required).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Work performed in commercial, industrial, and construction environments.
- Exposure to varying conditions including heights, confined spaces, and active job sites.
Pay
$20-22.00 per hour, depending on experience. Paid weekly.
Schedule
40 hours per week. Typical shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, though shifts may vary.
