About the Role

Join the Team Help create a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable premium guest experience at the Delta Center! As a Floating Busser, you will support Premium hospitality areas by helping keep dining spaces clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready throughout events. This position assists servers, line attendants, and Premium team members by clearing tables, maintaining service areas, replenishing supplies, and supporting overall cleanliness across assigned club and dining locations. Key Responsibilities

  • Model and promote Levy's Family Values: Nice, Innovative, Passionate, and Inclusive.
  • Clear tables, remove used dishes, and wipe down dining surfaces throughout service.
  • Maintain cleanliness in premium clubs, dining areas, service stations, and guest-facing spaces.
  • Sweep, mop, pick up trash, and assist with keeping walkways and dining areas clean and safe.
  • Support servers, line attendants, and Premium team members during busy event periods.
  • Replenish napkins, utensils, condiments, and other guest-service supplies as needed.
  • Greet guests courteously and respond to guest needs in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
  • Float between assigned Premium areas based on event needs and business demands.
  • Follow all Levy, Delta Center, food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety guidelines.
  • Assist with setup, service support, and breakdown of premium dining areas.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned based on event and department needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Guest-service, food-service, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
  • Friendly, professional, and team-focused attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to take direction.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well with servers, line attendants, managers, and other team members.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays or supplies for extended periods.
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy event periods.
  • Understanding of food-safety and sanitation standards is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible event-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid Utah Food Handler Permit.

Pay

Pay Range: $16.00 HOURLY. *This position may be eligible to receive tips depending on event assignments and business operations; tips are not guaranteed.*
