SPORTS ARENA PREMIUM CLUB BUSSER
About the Role
Join the Team Help create a clean, welcoming, and elevated guest experience in the Delta Center’s premium spaces! As a Premium Club Busser, you will support the Premium hospitality team by keeping club and dining areas clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready throughout events. This position plays an important role in supporting servers, line attendants, and guests while helping maintain Levy’s premium service standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who is friendly, dependable, hardworking, and enjoys staying active in a fast-paced event environment.
Responsibilities
- Model and promote Levy’s Family Values: Nice, Innovative, Passionate, and Inclusive.
- Clear tables, remove used dishes, and wipe down dining surfaces throughout service.
- Maintain cleanliness in premium clubs, dining areas, service stations, and guest-facing spaces.
- Sweep, mop, pick up trash, and help keep dining areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist servers, line attendants, and Premium team members during busy event periods.
- Replenish napkins, utensils, condiments, and other guest-service supplies as needed.
- Greet guests courteously and respond to guest needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Support the overall cleanliness and organization of premium clubs and dining areas.
- Follow all Levy, Delta Center, food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety guidelines.
- Assist with setup, service support, and breakdown of premium dining spaces.
- Complete additional duties as assigned based on event and department needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Guest-service, food-service, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Friendly, professional, and team-focused attitude.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to take direction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with servers, line attendants, managers, and other team members.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays or supplies for extended periods.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy event periods.
- Understanding of food-safety and sanitation standards is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible event-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid Utah Food Handler Permit.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $15.50 HOURLY
