Help lead the premium guest experience at America First Field!
As a Premium Club Supervisor, you will support food and beverage operations in premium club spaces by leading team members, maintaining service standards, assisting with setup and breakdown, monitoring food and beverage quality, and helping ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and memorable service.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level supervision for Premium food, beverage, and guest-service operations.
- Support event-day setup, service, and breakdown of premium club spaces.
- Lead, direct, coach, and support team members throughout each event.
- Ensure food and beverages are high-quality, well-presented, stocked, and served within expected time frames.
- Review menus, production needs, staffing assignments, and service expectations before events.
- Monitor team members to ensure service standards, procedures, and quality expectations are followed.
- Visit guest-service areas to check presentation, cleanliness, product levels, and guest satisfaction.
- Communicate regularly with team members and leadership regarding event needs, guest concerns, and operational updates.
- Enforce food-safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol-service, and workplace-safety standards.
- Ensure cleaning procedures are completed before, during, and after events.
- Assist with product counts, waste tracking, inventory organization, and month-end inventory as assigned.
- Partner with Premium leadership, Culinary, Warehouse, Bar, and Event Operations to support successful event execution.
- Complete additional duties as assigned based on event and department needs.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Previous food and beverage, hospitality, premium service, or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment.
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members, managers, guests, and other departments.
- Knowledge of food-safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service standards is preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction from leadership.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, bend, and move for extended periods.
- Ability to work a flexible event-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, RSL matches, Utah Royals matches, concerts, and private events.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid Utah Food Handler Permit.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid Utah On-Premise Alcohol Certificate.
