About the role

Splash Bakery is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes and standards
• Bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods in a variety of ovens
• Monitor and adjust oven temperatures as needed
• Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a bakery or similar food service environment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic baking techniques
• Experience with various types of ovens and baking equipment

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
