About the role
Seeking a licensed clinician to lead a team while providing direct patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop therapy plans
- Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians
- Administer treatments and monitor patient progress
- Support staff development and manage team schedules and paperwork
- Drive quality improvements
Qualifications
- Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP required
- BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum of three years of discipline-specific experience
- Leadership experience and professional certifications preferred
