Speech Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services by evaluating, developing, and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients with communication challenges.
• Identify issues, modify therapy approaches as needed, and monitor patient progress.
• Document performance and celebrate patient improvements, contributing to their overall recovery and well-being.
• Assess and treat patients with speech and language needs.
• Track and document patient responses and progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment.
• Utilize advanced technology to enhance therapy outcomes.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification as required.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable.
