About the role

Seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, develop, and implement personalized speech and language therapy plans for patients. The role involves assessing patient needs, modifying treatment strategies as necessary, tracking progress to ensure effective outcomes, documenting patient performance, and celebrating milestones to promote patient recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess patient speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans
  • Modify treatment strategies based on patient response
  • Track and document patient progress
  • Celebrate patient milestones to encourage recovery

Requirements

  • Current state licensure or certification required
  • Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • CPR certification or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
  • Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable

Skills

  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches based on patient response
  • Excellent documentation and communication abilities
  • Passion for improving patient communication and quality of life
